I’m Kristyn, and I help anxious individuals just like you: ones that have it within them to overcome the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors holding them back, but just need the support to get there.

Many of today’s solutions for anxiety, OCD, and phobias are to talk about what upset you that week, how unlikely your fears are, reassure you that nothing bad will happen, and teach you distraction techniques. This leads so many to spend years in therapy, feel dependent on their therapist, and like they can’t get better. I know that your circumstances are unique, so we will work on techniques specific to your goals that you can start using right away, and will get you the results you are looking for without it taking years to see progress.
